Crypto Briefing 1/18/22

We are at a pivotal moment for BTC, as this backtest will likely take us to $40,000. As we approach the end of January, we would like to remind all of our members to remain calm, and know that a strong rally will be seen for Bitcoin in February. Bitcoin even has the potential to rise all the way into June given the right circumstances for crypto. We feel confident this recent correction will be the last one we see before our altcoin rally.

One of our favorite altcoins with the highest long term and short term ROI potential is CSPR. After seeing a spike to $0.20, CSPR has retraced to its accumulation zone at $0.10 to $0.11. Our exit strategy for Casper is to hold until $0.68, then take back our initial investment and rotate that money into laggard assets like XRP and XLM. With that being said, we feel that CSPR may attract many retail investors who could potentially bid up the price to $3-$5. While we will trade a portion of our Casper position and take profits at these points, we will hold 50% of our position for the next 3 to 4 years. Unlike most digital assets, Casper has sound fundamentals and is positioning itself to become a major network for enterprise use. Even though networks like Hedera Hashgraph will be here for decades to come, we feel that CSPR’s technology edges out other blockchain networks like Cardano, Solana, and Ethereum. If Casper is able to deliver on its tech, then it has the potential of being a top 10 network in the future.

XRP is another asset which is presently at an immaculate entry point. Even though Bitcoin may pull it down by a few more pennies, now is a terrific opportunity to cost-average into it. Historically, XRP is the last asset in crypto to rise on a parabolic move. With that being said, a surprise settlement with the SEC would send XRP’s price soaring. We believe that it is prudent to have a position before the settlement, as it will be too late to purchase XRP at low entry points after that is announced.
